Hello Hello!!
I finally have a removal date for the MSE :D
Monday July 13th.

I was due to have it out in March but because of Covid-19 it was postponed. In Michigan here, all of the dentist, orthodontic and periodontic offices have been closed but have now been reopened for about a month now. I am still worried about being exposed to the virus but trust that my doctor has taken the proper precautions to work. (However, cases are escalating and I fear she might have to close once again. I am taking the opportunity to have the expander out.)

I am on week 30 of Invisalign and will pick up more aligners from the ortho on Tuesday July 14th as well. That process has been easy and I have not had a delay in treatment. Some weeks my teeth are much more sore than others, but the progress is impressive.

I will post a few progress pics this coming week.

I am now seeing SO MANY more people documenting their MSE process online, and it elates me. When I decided to start this journey a year and a half ago there were only less than a handful of people online who really shared enough to help me make the decision. A few, maybe 3, blogs/youtube channels and a few really great research articles had to be enough then, so I am very happy to find more people spreading the word. Whether good or bad, sharing their experiences with the MSE can make a difference.
